Syrena on the Swan is an apartment contained within a private home situated in East Perth on the west bank of the Swan River. Access is separate to the rest of the house.
Syrena features a sitting room, two bedrooms (one queen size bed and two twin king single beds), a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry/kitchen.
The double bedroom and the sitting room enjoy expansive views of Perth's Swan River and open onto generous terrace with outdoor dining facilities and gas barbecue.
Syrena is directly across the Swan River from the new Optus Stadium, making this property ideal for those attending sporting, concert and other events at the stadium.
Syrena is within walking distance of the Perth CBD and close to Claisebrook and East Perth train stations, the TransWest and Greyhound bus termini. It is also served by Perth's free CAT buses, which run in and around the Perth CBD.
We really enjoyed the stay at this lovely property. Beautiful landscaping, great location, walk to everything we needed. Will be back!
11 week stay, had everything we needed. Being able to take our small dog was a bonus, the apartment was well equipped, kitchen has everything you need with good quality pots/pans, glass ware and crockery, dishwasher and oven and hot plate. Good outdoor area and plenty of nice parks etc. Short walk to cat bus and also some good restaurants and the royal waterfront pub. Free wifi. Parking is in street but not an issue as you get a parking pass. Would recommend for work or holiday as easy to get around city and we even walked over to the crown, takes 30 at slow pace.
Very comfortable, clean, lovely furnished apartment, with beautiful outlook over river, and quiet situation. Handy to Perth city and Freeways. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants and free CAT bus.

Lovely location, backing onto the river, short walk to city. Full functioning kitchen with everything you need and clean. Very secure for dogs. Parking for more than one car a little difficult
Generally, my family and I had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. We very especially impressed by the surroundings. However, the only downside of it was the lack of kitchen facilities. We were able to do only very minimum cooking. I guess that's because the house is located in Perth City. Restaurants and Cafes are easily accessible.
We had a great stay - wonderful location and fabulous to be able to take our dog. The apartment was clean and worked very well. We managed with the limited kitchen easily. We will definitely stay again. We loved being able to walk along the front and take the children to the playground, or have a coffee or dinner nearby.
